
In honor of Mother’s Day, the NorthPark Mission Committee has chosen charities focusing on women’s issues. We invite you to participate in this endeavor starting Monday, May 8 through Monday, May 15.
If you are attending Worship on May 14, you can pick up a marble and drop it into the jar associated with the charity of your choice. For online participation, simply select one of the five charities chosen by the NorthPark Mission Committee listed below.
The 2023 charities include:

Nexus Recovery: Offers specialized substance abuse services for women and teenage girls, including those pregnant or accompanied by children. Find out more at https://nexusrecovery.org.

The Family Place: Empowers victims of family violence by providing safe housing, counseling and skills that create independence. Find out more at https://www.familyplace.org.

Redeemed Women: Transforming women to lead independent lives by building relationships and addressing their spiritual, physical, and vocational needs. Find out more at https://www.redeemedwomen.org.
When voting online or in-person, each charity will receive a donation equal to the number of votes. One vote per each family member. Please be sure to vote either in-person or online. Additional donations may be made directly to any of these charities from their website or by personal check.
Please note that these charities are not included in the church's current benevolence list.
