The Youth Ministry Council, made up of youth sponsors and the Youth Leadership Team with reps from different grade levels, meets every other month to reflect on youth ministry at NorthPark, to evaluate the program, to plan new activities, and to make recommendations to the Christian Education Committee regarding new programming ideas. Parents of teens meet periodically to discuss concerns, issues, and ways they can support the program.
