While we are all sweltering during our endless days of 100 plus weather, let's remember last February - when we had unprecedented ice, snow and below freezing temperatures.  During that time, there were many of our neighbor children in Vickery Meadows who did not have coats or jackets to keep them warm.  In connection with our NorthPark Vickery Meadow Initiative, we are sponsoring a Coats for Cold Cash drive to help insure that does not happen again.  The Vickery Meadow Improvement District Director can purchase coats and jackets at excellent wholesale prices and we have agreed to help.  Please write a check for whatever amount you can afford, payable to NPPC - be sure to note on the memo line, "VM Coats".
