Worship is the central most important hour of the week for our church family. Our Service of Worship on Sunday is a blend of traditional music and liturgy with contemporary language and expressions. During the summer months, we offer one service at 11:00 a.m. Any temporary changes to the regular worship schedule will be announced on our website's home page.
The same sermon is preached at both services though the services vary slightly in style.
The 11:00 a.m. worship service includes a full complement of choral music. Communion is served approximately once a month in the 11:00 service. This service most often includes "Moments with Children," which is a special time for children during the worship.
The 8:30 am worship service is slightly less formal and Communion is served every Sunday.
All children are encouraged to attend worship service. Pre-school children (not yet in Kindergarten) may choose to leave the sanctuary following the Moments with Children. Older elementary students serve as acolytes for the services and children also serve as liturgists.
