SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 20

Join the Confirmation Class as they walk 5 miles to support Camp Sweeney! (www.campsweeney.org)

At 9:00 am, we will Meet at the Barry’s home– 6858 Sherburne (park on the street), have donuts/coffee/juice, and then we will walk the nearby hike and bike trail together.

·  The purpose of the walk is to raise money for scholarships for those young people with diabetes who cannot afford to attend this camp.

·  The 3 week camp experience costs $2,500.

SUNDAY, FEB 14th IS THE LAST DAY TO SIGN UP in the narthex to either walk with the youth or pledge your support by donating money for Camp Sweeney.

SATURDAY, MARCH 13

Visit North Dallas Shared Ministries (www.ndsm.org)

·      *12-15 people will meet at NPPC at 9:00 am and depart to NDSM where they will stock shelves. The group will return by noon.

Assemble care packages for children and families at the

 Socorro School in Juarez.

·     Gather in Fellowship Hall at 9:30 a.m. – make sure to bring the items needed!! (List of items is in the Narthex)

·      This school is a part of Arrow Outreach Ministries (www.arrowoutreach.org), a partnership of Mexican and American churches seeking to follow Matthew 25: feed, clothe, give drink.

Visit and tour Interfaith Housing (www.interfaithcoalition.org)

·      A group will leave NPPC at 9:00 a.m., and return at noon. You may also meet the group there!

·      Come learn what Interfaith projects can be done as a class or as an individual.

SIGN UP SUNDAY IN THE NARTHEX and indicate if you will be riding with a group from the church or meeting the group there.
